We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been purchased.

Please take a moment to review your selections, including scents, sizes, colors, and quantities, before placing your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur—these little differences are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact The Knotted Nellie as soon as possible so we can review the issue and do our best to make it right.
